What Our Parents Have To Say...

"My daughter was so shy around other kids before we started at Minisport. Now she runs straight to the park on class days and doesn't want to leave. The coaches are so patient with the kids, it's honestly impressive."

Joanne

"I've tried a few different activity classes around Taipei and this is the first one my son actually asks to go back to. He's started kicking a ball around at home now too, which never happened before."

Sophie

"Mia just completed her third term with Minisport, and she looks forward to it every single week. What stands out to us is how well thought out the curriculum is. The coaches are fantastic, using all kinds of equipment and games to keep the kids engaged and excited to learn."

王思穎

"We love Coach Burke's class. He's patient with the kids, brings so much energy, and isn't afraid to be goofy to get them laughing. You can tell he has a real passion for this, and he connects with each kid one on one, not just the group as a whole."

Ethan

"My daughter loves her Minisport class every week. The coaches make it so much fun!"

Vivian

Every Session. Real Progress.

After six weeks of summer camp, you'll know which sports your child shows intersst in — and you'll have watched them grow inconfidence, coordination and character along the way.

What To Expect At Camp:

1. Progress Updates
Discover how engaged your child was with the sport at hand after each camp day.

2. Certificates
At the end of each week, your child receives a certificate of completion.

3. A Child Who Asks to Go Back
That's the real result. When your child is excitedly asking on Monday morning if there's another week of camp coming up— that's Minisport working.

Result: A summer that goes beyond sport. A child with more confidence, new friends, more resilience and a genuine love for movement.

Common Questions

Everything about Minisport Summer Camp 2026.

Q: Do I need to attend every day?

A: No — we recommend enrolling for a full week to get the most out of camp, but we offer the flexibility of single session bookings too. These open up on the enrollment page 7 days before the class date and close 12 hours before the class begins.

Q: When are the classes?

A: Classes run Monday to Friday (5 days a week).

Q: Are the classes taught in English?

A: Yes — classes are English-led, giving your child great exposure to the language in a natural, active setting. Since it's a sports class, our coaches always give clear demonstrations before each game, so kids can follow along easily regardless of their English level. And when needed, our coaches will use Chinese with the children too, to help them feel safe and confident.

Q: Do guardians need to stay on-site?

A: Yes — for all Playgroup (1.5–2.5), Mini-Tots (2.5–4) and Explorers (4–6) sessions, a guardian must remain on-site for the full duration of the class. These are not drop-off camps.

Q: What sports are included?

A: The sport changes every day, so kids get exposure to a variety of sports — including soccer, rugby, basketball, hockey, tennis, and baseball. For our 2-hour classes, we also mix in special activities like arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, water day, and more.

Q: How many children are in each session?

A: Maximum 10. Your child gets real attention, real coaching, and real encouragement.

Q: Who are the coaches?

A: Coach Burke, our Head Coach and founder, will be leading all summer camps this year. He has 15 years of experience in early childhood education and loves sharing his passion for sports and movement with kids. Most camps will also have an assistant coach on hand.

Q: What if it rains?

A: If weather doesn't allow us to hold class outdoors, we'll first try to move the session to an alternative indoor venue. If an indoor venue isn't available and the class has to be cancelled, credit will be issued and can be used within 90 days from the date of issue. Full details are in our policies and T&C at minisport.tw/terms.

Q: Playgroup vs Mini-Tots vs Explorers — what's the difference?

A: These are our three age-based program levels: Playgroup (1.5–2.5), Mini-Tots (2.5–4), and Explorers (4–6). Each level is age-appropriate, with games, pacing, and coaching style tailored to that stage of development.
